Is this going to be expensive?
Only if you get the wrong system. We'll assess your actual home — the size, the layout, the insulation — and tell you exactly what it needs. Nothing more. We don't upsell equipment our customers don't require.
How fast can you actually get here?
Most service calls are same day or next day. For full system installations, we typically complete the job in a single day. We know a broken HVAC isn't something you can schedule around your calendar.
Do you work on my brand?
We service and maintain all makes and models. For new installs, we recommend Trane and Samsung mini-splits — brands we've worked with for years and stand behind completely.
What if I'm not satisfied with the work?
We don't leave until it's right. Our business is built on referrals in a community we live in. Your neighbor is likely a customer. We don't have the option of doing bad work and disappearing.
Do you work on older homes?
Absolutely. Many Asheville homes predate modern duct systems. We install Samsung mini-splits specifically for homes that need added air without a full duct overhaul — older houses, finished basements, additions.
